LIGHT |
These trips are the lightest. There is no need to do anything physically demanding unless you want to. |
EASY |
Activities are easy including some walks/hikes on flat ground and driving almost entirely on paved roads. No physical preparation is required to enjoy these trips. |
MODERATE |
These trips include moderate physical activities. A decent level of fitness is required in order to make the most of included activities. These trips often involve a mixture of easy and off-road driving. |
DEMANDING |
Some serious physical activity can be expected on these trips. The better condition you are in, the more you’ll enjoy most activities as they will be challenging. Longer drives on various types of terrain should be expected. |
STRENUOUS |
Expect a heart-pumping experience with plenty of challenges. You’ll be required to be seriously fit and active for these trips as difficult activities are included such as long treks and off-road driving on extreme conditions. |
